Why do people prefer me to listen to their woes than other way round?

People say I am a good listener. I agree and I do like to listen - I learn things from them that way, but when i have my woes, no one wanna hear, especially when i need an advice/a little sympathy and understanding. Because of that, I find it hard to trust people.

I want to avoid my frenemy (former friend who is now an enemy) at all costs, but she is everywhere!?

I had this BF growing up, but once we reached adolescence, she started to change and she wasn't a good friend anymore. All she really cared about was being the center of attention, flirting with useless guys to get what she wanted, being promiscuous, putting her bestfriends off (i.e. myself) to be with those useless men, not going to school, doing drugs, and finally, starting to be just like her entire family (who happen to be really messed up). I realized this early on so ever since then, I haven't spoken to her since for fear that she would ruin my reputation (and again, her reputation has pretty much been ruined already). I've also tried my best to avoid her ridiculous mother, who has said some very unpleasant things about my own sister, even though her own daughter is so messed-up! So my questions is, what do you say to someone - that you don't like and don't want to be friends again - when you have no other choice but to encounter them again? I am 100% certain that I do not want to be her friend again, nor am I interested in starting a conversation with her because I don't want her to get any ideas that she can use me like she did before. I am very frustrated right now, because I need to prepare for that day when I have to encounter her again. Geez...this sounds so much like that MTV show "The Hills." Please give me an answer that is sensible to use in real life. 10 points to the best answerer!!

What do you think is the complete "waste of time" tv programming is right now?

I have to say that show called, "TMZ" has to be way up there...this show comes on forget which channel, during the weekdays before the noon...you got Harvey Levin hosting the show, he has these young groupie producers/reporters roaming around Hollywood with camera men looking to capture celebrity sightings...John what do you have? I saw Britney Spears leaving this club late last night with corn dog with mustard in her right hand and some hot stud inside her car, side-swiping black Mercedes as she leaves the parking lot...i mean who cares? lol

Are barack obama, Carley Rangle and some of both of there black staff Racist and Bigots. He seems tu use that as a defense with white people.

Which is most similar to flying military helicopters? The Robinson R-22 or the Schweizer 300?

i would say the 300 as the robinson has a teter toter type cyclic and the 300 has the same similiar type as army helicopters, naturaly all the different aircraft have different functions on their cyclics and collectives. the first helicopter you train on is the bell jet ranger style so if you can get some time in one of those it would give you a better idea.

White particles in my freshwater aquarium ?

i think you added ammonium sulfate (not too sure) i killed my tiger barbs with an overdose.. but anyways the particles could be what was causing your cloudiness in the first place, but now its more dense.. still not too sure
