Iam only getting brown discharge instead of regular mentral cycle is this a problem?

iam of age 29,iam marreid in oct,09,i used tablets to stop mentral cycle for 15 days,iam having lot problems like weight gain of 7 kgs since then,irregural mentral cycle etc...,could you please help me on this
