Are you ready to go to war with North Korea?

With what? With the record low military spending of the Bush/Clinton/Bush years, there's nothing left to fight with. It is supposed to be capable of 1.5 wars but isn't even able to handle one large war let alone to two current contingencies in Iraq and Afghanistan. The reserve and guard systems are ready to break due to nearly constant deployments of what are supposed to be emergency use only troops.
