My friend hears my voice in her head during tests. Creepy?

She could make primary use of the auditory learning style (that is, she relies mostly on what she hears instead of what she sees while studying material) and since you help her with studying, her memory could be aiding her by replaying memories of what you said when you were explaining things to her. I'm not a psychologist, but it's a possibility.
