Please help i dont know whats wrong with my stomach.. it hurts!!?

Could be a stomach ulcer, my boyfriend had one and he has constint INTENSE stinging pains and was in the washroom alot and his stomach was VERY gurgly. he went to the doctor and got antibiotics and now hes fine.
