Russia and China allies against the U.S?

Is it true that Russian and China are mutual partners agaisnt us militarly. I believe Russia and China are weary of American action near their geographical areas. Is our war with Afganistan and Iraq causes for action against terrorism or do we need to establish beases there for a comfrontation with Russia and China.? Russia hates us for establishing bases around her and China is concerned too.
