Should schools drop cles or translators when budgets do not allow for both?

Its time for vouchers and private schools, we the broke tax payers are paying and our American kids are getting screwed. In AZ they bus kids across the border to attend U.S. schools. in Mi. it cost between $5000 to 7000 per school kid per year[ over paid school union] so how much are these illegals costing you?
