What should I do help I was dumb?

I was really drunk and not paying attention earlier.. So I was with some buddies of mine, and this guy gave me 100 dollars(per ball) to stick all the pool table in my ***. So being desperation for the rent I did so... Now I cant poop them out... If I go to the hospital my mom and dad work there and will kill me if they find out I spend my rent money on gambling.. Should I take laxatives? Enema? HELP
