Why are people obsessed with the word cookie and skittles?

my little sister plays this game called club penguin and she always asks me why kids in the game are obsessed with the word cookies and skittles and i dont even know why too! i was also on facebook right now and i saw that a few people were saying "okay shut up and have a cookie" or "want a cookie now?" and sometimes they say "im eating skittles" like umm why are u telling me that... i know there is a reason why they say that... is it like perverted talk because im kinda also wondering why people are so obsessed with it too....
