Why is NF3 polar ?!?! HELP?

okay so i understand hybridization, molecular geometry, and lewis structure and all that, but im not sure why NF3. I know that NF3 has a lone pair, but where are the NET dipoles (that make it polar). and please try not to only base responses off symmetry, im trying to understand the whole net dipoles not canceling -Thanks!.
